クレジットカード（Square決済）。倉庫での直接購入の場合は現金またはカード。

Credit or debit card through Square checkout. Cash or card if you buy in person at the warehouse.

ご注文時（オンライン決済の完了時）。

At the time of ordering, when the online checkout completes.

申込みの有効期限How long an order is held

「購入する」を押してから5分間、商品を確保します。5分以内に決済が完了しない場合、確保は自動的に解除され、商品は再び販売されます。

Pressing Buy holds the item for five minutes. If payment is not completed within five minutes the hold is released automatically and the item goes back on sale.

商品の引渡時期Collection

お支払い確認後、引き取り日時をメールでご相談します。引き渡しはニセコのKonbu倉庫にて、予約制です。お支払いから原則14日以内にお引き取りください。

After payment we email you to arrange a time. Collection is from the Konbu warehouse in Niseko, by appointment only. Please collect within 14 days of payment.

商品の状態Condition

すべて中古品です。現状有姿でのお渡しとなります。商品ページの写真と説明をご確認のうえご購入ください。寸法が未記載の場合はお問い合わせください。

Everything is second-hand and sold as seen. Please read the photos and description on the item page before buying. If a size is not listed, ask us.

返品・交換・キャンセルReturns, exchanges and cancellations

お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。商品が商品ページの説明や写真と著しく異なる場合は、お引き取り時にその場でお申し出ください。全額返金いたします。お引き取り前のキャンセルはメールでご連絡ください。決済手段へ返金します。お支払いから14日を過ぎてもご連絡なくお引き取りがない場合、ご注文をキャンセルし返金することがあります。

No returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item is materially different from its description or photos, tell us at collection, before you take it away, and we will refund you in full. To cancel before collection, email us and we will refund your payment method. If 14 days pass after payment without collection or contact, we may cancel the order and refund you.
